Before committing to a free sign up or a specific template, you can always use the preview function to try out the end-user experience. When you do load your chosen template, you’ll see the conversational flow all set up for you with guiding notes when needed.

All you have to do is customize the content inside the flow that’s already there. Edit the text, images, gifs, and links in the blocks so they fit your brand and product!

The vast majority of the templates (around 90%) are free and will remain free after the free trial ends.

Yes, Landbot offers a wide variety of out-of-the-box integrations such as Google Sheets, MailChimp, Salesforce, Slack & Email Notifications, Zapier, Stripe, etc. The Professional plan also offers a no-coder-friendly option to set up API webhooks with pretty much any tool or software.

Launching a bot using a template will take only few minutes. It depends on the amount of customization you plan to put into your chatbot.

Yes, with the Reply buttons feature you can create up to 3 buttons in a WhatsApp bot for quick replies, saving time and effort to the user of the bot. For more than 3 buttons, you can utilise the Keyword Options block to give a list of options and trigger keywords typed by the user.

The pricing depends on a few factors such as volume of monthly chats, number of agents, and more. Our most popular WhatsApp Pro plan starts at €200/mo and includes 2,500 chats per month.
